My First Blog

To me, this seemed like a good way to express what I'm feeling instead of just holding it up inside. So, first off let me introduce myself, my name is Jordan Carin Thornton, I am 14, I have 3 sisters, and one brother, I am also the youngest. It's my 11th year attending Wichita Christian School and I am currently a freshman in high school. I never act as young as I am and people judge and sometimes ridicule me for it. Pain is no stranger to me, but I am hoping that suffering through the hard times will prove to have some promising rewards. My parents divorced a few weeks after I turned 4 and my mother now lives in Indiana. My dad lives in Texas with his new wife Sandy, my step-mother, and Alex(step-sister,15), Savannah(step-sister,19), Joshua(brother,16), and I. My sister Jocelyn(18) Just moved to Dallas to start college at D.B.U, I miss her terribly. I have no real talents except for my voice. I love to sing. I just started writing songs and I hope to continue. There are so many talented people out there that have inspired me in my journey of becoming a singer. I have high goals for myself when it comes to my future. I want to go to Julliard Musical Conservatory of New York City and major in singing and minor in dance. From then, I plan to become a singer, and,with luck, become famous. The first actual song I've ever written is called 'Guardian Angel'. I wrote it the summer before Jocelyn left, I am very close to her and was extremely sad when she left. Okay, now that I've introduced myself thoroughly, let's get blogging.
